Friday 21. Nov: Team 4 is 180 km north of Luxor, passed 25 police check points, engine is running great, are trying to be in Aswan on Saturday.
Saturday 22.Nov: Erwin is in Aswan
Sunday 23. Nov: TEAM 4 is stuck in ASWAN. FERRY is full, next ferry in 1 week.
Alternatives?
Land Border at Halaib/Red Sea? (officially closed to foreigners on Egyptian side, open to local trafic)
"new road" to Wadi Halfa? Still closed to foreigners.
Carnet needs exit stamp; leaving the country without it might be expensive.
