11th of April Maclear bay to Blantrye to the Border - SMS Message fom Afrika

Maclear bay was beautiful. We wake up right on the beach and in to the lake for a wash. The water is crystal clear.

The local traffic management take an interest in the Borgi. But there is no problem.

We make it to the border during a heavy rain storm. The rain last most of the night. We sleep in no man's land inbetween Malawi and Mozambique in the back of the borgi.

Its a tough night as the mozzis are out in force and our faces are badly bitten.

Stayed last night in Maclear Bay. Wild camping. Beautiful views with lots
of monkeys and crystal clear water. Heading for Blantyre. Fixed puncture.
It's been recomended that we go South via Zimbabwe due to roads in
Mozambique. Suspension holding together. All good.
